Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (Video Game 1996) Poster

Alternate Versions

In the Japanese version Bowser's win pose is him giving the "up your's" sign (a single fist held up with the other hand placed on the upper arm), but in the American version he simple holds up both fists in victory.
Virtual Console rereleases tone down some lighting effects used for certain magic attacks, as those sensitive to light and at risk for seizures could potentially be harmed by the original effects.
One character refers to another as a persistent "bugger" in a part of the game. This is replaced with the word "pest" in Virtual Console rereleases; bugger is something of a negative slang word in the UK.
