The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

2/10

A man and woman kiss romantically many times. We see a man bare to the waist during a doctor's exam. Many people dance, some on tables at a celebration; a woman's skirt flips up when she swirls around.

Violence & Gore

3/10

A man drives his car along dark, winding roads and when a possum crosses in front of the car on a narrow bridge he crashes into the guard rail. When the man tries to reverse the car slides nearer the edge and slowly tips over and falls into a river. The man struggles to get to the surface but is trapped by his coat which is stuck in the car door. When he finally surfaces he's carried off by the current and slammed into a pylon. We see him regain consciousness with a bloody gash on his forehead. A man punches another man in the face, he falls back onto the ground and we see him with a bloody lip. We see a man have a heart attack and fall to the floor; we learn that he has had a massive attack and we watch him die. Two men fight with swords in a movie; one tips over a lit urn and the fire flares up close to the other man (we see this scene twice and one time one of the men is "killed"). We see a scene from "The Day the Earth Stood Still," when a humanoid alien is shot. A woman smacks a man on the shoulder. There are many references to a town having lost 62 young men in WWII; there is a discussion of how a young man died while saving 8 men, we see a graveyard filled with tombstones of soldiers who died in the war, and there's a memorial service for the men who were lost. We see a man with a hook (he's lost his arm in the war). A man threatens another man verbally. A man swats a fly and scoops it into the garbage.

Profanity

4/10

6 scatological terms, 1 sexual reference, 20 mild obscenities, 3 religious profanities, 27 religious exclamations, 1 derogatory term for a woman and some insults.

3/10

A man is shown drinking alcohol in a bar and then getting in a car and driving off.

2/10

A man's car hangs over a bridge - quite an intense scene, may scare young children.
