One of the show's more controversial editions, "Australia's Naughtiest Home Videos", was thrown off the air by an outraged Kerry Packer, who was offended by the show's adult content. This rates as one of the worst shows I've ever seen. No more than 10% of content falls under "funny". Families actually sit together and watch this show??? The show airs violent, aggressive behavior and accidents where people are harmed. Children are seeing the most significant adults in their lives model laughing and sadistic lack of compassion when people are harmed. I cannot believe this show has not been banned. It is worse than animated violence because it is real and reinforced by group and adult modeling responses of laughter creating sadistic desensitization to violence, unawareness of consequences, lack of empathy, .... Sure sometimes I've had an accident, been hurt and laughed at some point but really....
