Crew or equipment visible: When Dr. Kritzinger leaves the meeting for the first time to go outside, the camera is by a parked car at the front of the Wannsee Conference house. As the camera moves past the car, a crew member can be seen reflected by the car's polished paintwork.
Continuity: When Dr Stuckert first greets Dr. Kritzinger, he calls him "Bitzinger".
Continuity: Just before General Hofmann becomes ill and excuses himself, Adolf Eichman lights his cigarette twice.
Factual errors: As Heydrich arrives for the conference in his Storch aircraft, an overhead shot of the aircraft shows it with swastika markings on the upper surfaces of both wings. Luftwaffe aircraft bore the swastika on their vertical tail surfaces only. The wings and fuselages were marked with the the traditional straight cross national insignia.
Continuity: When Heydrich announces that from "England, from Lapland to Libya, from Vladivostok to Belfast: no Jews. Not one", the others knock on the table with approval. At the point, Kritzinger can be seen standing and looking out of the window, but a split second later he is seated again.
Continuity: As Heydrich's car approaches the house a shot from the rear shows a clearly displayed D sticker to the right of the license plate but a matter of seconds later as the vehicle pulls up in front of the house the sticker has disappeared.
