Round One: Today's Chart Toppers

Vocal Point - "Never Say Never" - Vocal Point continued without Ben whose father passed. I wouldn't be mentally at the point to return if I were Ben. The group's choreography was boy band cheesy which worked well. The karate motions were hysterical. I appreciated that there were multiple lead singers, but once in a while the background sounded muddled. My Grade: B+

Delilah - "Whataya Want From Me?" - The group wanted to experiment in arrangements, but it wasn't working. They should have considered listening to Pink's original version to see if the slight differences between her and Adam Lambert could have helped. I liked the sparse vocals in the beginning except for the fact that »

The Black Eyed Peas have raised $$4m (£2.5m) for charity with a one-off concert in New York. The 'Just Can't Get Enough' singers performed before 60,000 fans in the Concert 4 NYC in Central Park on Friday. Just can't get enough of Ted Danson? He's now a regular on CSI but, starting October 10th, you can get a double dose of the former Cheers star (along with Jason Schwartzman and Zach Galifianakis). HBO has announced the third season return of their Bored to Death TV series.

Maroon 5 continue to hold firm on top of the Irish singles chart this week. The group's hit 'Moves Like Jagger', which features Christina Aguilera, holds off competition from Christina Perri's 'Jar of Hearts' and four new entries in the Top 10. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse got 12 noms, and Harry Potter cleaned up in the 66 categories as well. 'Twilight: Eclipse,' 'Glee' lead Teen Choice nominations first wave

The Teen Choice awards have released the first wave of nominations for the 2011 awards, which will take place in a live two-hour awards show on Sunday, Aug. 7 on Fox. Out of the 66 categories announced Wednesday (June 29), "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" leads all nominations with 12. "Glee" is second with nine noms, followed by "The Vampire Diaries" with seven.

For individuals, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift each received six nominations. This first wave of noms encompasses movies, TV, music, sports and comedians and Tweeters. We aren't really sure what could possibly be left.

Also of note - Justin Bieber got a nomination for Best TV Villain for his turn on "CSI." Heh.

Black Eyed Peas sang Gotta Feeling & more at 2011 Billboard Music Awards. Chart-topping group "Black Eyed Peas" hit the stage earlier tonight at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas,Nevada. They sang two of their hit songs titled "I Gotta A Feeling," and 'I Just Can't Get Enough" (video below). In the clip, Fergie leaded everything off with the chorus to "I Just Can't Get Enough." She sounded and looked beautiful tonight. A few seconds later, Will I Am hit the stage to drop his wrap verse. I really liked the beat to this track. Later on, the rest of the crew joined in with more rap verses. It was very entertaining.
