A Good show, Easy to watch
6 August 2010 | by See all my reviews

Despite the juvenile requirements of another reviewer (i.e.,needing a show to be insulting or offensive), "Office Gossip" is fun. Not offensive. No foul-mouthed behaviour. No endless, unfunny sexual references. People who need that kind of thing to find something funny need their heads examined. So do people, like another reviewer of this show, who needs to use harsh, cruel imagery to illustrate his point. There are only 4 or 5 reviews for this show. You can easily figure out who I am referring to.

Humor doesn't have to be offensive, and not everyone finds mean-spirited offensiveness to be funny. I like the fact that I can watch the show with my family without wondering when a cringe-worthy, off-color "joke" will be made, in a pathetic attempt to be funny.

This show is light comedy---ever hear of that? It's something that is sorely missing from TV these days. You small-minded types who think everyone has to like your offensive, immature ideas of comedy are pathetic. Not coming from England, it's a treat to see actors that I've enjoyed in other British shows together in this show. Shows like Jeeves & Wooster.
