Storyline
A year after the excitement and fun of Susie's marriage to Jonathan, the five friends are re-united with new stories and gossip, that they have missed in their time apart. Susie, now eight months pregnant, has suspicions about mother-hood and married life, Anna, is considering she will never find the right man - only to find he is gay, psychopathic or married, Janet is still going under serious threats to whether she can start a family with her husband Steve, Mandy is now looking for new and fresh love after her marriage to Pete and her affair with Jonathan and Karen has been tracked down by a nosy student, that may affect her blooming relationship with Chris. As the five friends join together, the problems and worries of each member become a huge threat to the relationship, only to discover it may strengthen and improve the long lasting friendship. The only reason that I didn't give the first episode of this new series a 10 was because it wasn't as long as the original movie...one can't have too much of a good thing! The women, and their problems are as interesting as ever, and I look forward to the remaining 3 episodes to come...O for an ongoing soap opera!
