Storyline

Dana Boyer (Farrell), a dog kennel owner, and Kevin Grant (Hasselhoff), a fireman, are passionate, fun-loving adults who meet when Kevin rescues Dana from a burning car. Both are struck by the overwhelming feeling that they have just met their soul mate, but unfortunately neither learns the other's name. To complicate matters, both are engaged to other people. When they try to locate one another their efforts are wrought with obstacles. However, fate is on their side when unbeknownst to each other, they both employ the same 10 year-old foster child who is working double time in order to finance a trip to find his mother. When he discovers that his two bosses are pining for one another, he works to bring them together. Written by Muse

After the BMW crashes, the fireman uses a cell phone to call in the crash to the station. Since he was in a fire department vehicle, proper procedure is to use the radio in the vehicle to alert dispatch so additional resources (such as EMS and law enforcement) would be sent to him immediately and an incident number could be generated. The man who brought down the Berlin wall does it again
17 May 2005 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

I love David Hasselhof. When i sit at home at night watching his movies over and over again stroking the posters on my wall with every available part of my body, I can't help wondering how he repeatedly manages to associate himself with such energetic and creatively original scripts. I couldn't see the ending of this one coming at all! It definitely did NOT make me want to physically injure myself just so i could experience something worse than the sickly sweet clichéd banality manifesting itself on screen!! I can sleep better at night knowing that if it weren't for the Hoff, modern cinema as we know it would be choking on its own creative vomit.
