the turkish movies have a lot in common. for years they didn't have very big budgets to make a movie. So the movies always ran on dialogues resulting in dramas or comedies. In dramas, the theme is simple: There must be two lovers, one rich and one poor. The poor one has so much pride where the rich ones relatives must see the poor "not suitable" for their family. So there has been so many movies alike that Arabesk takes all of this stupid and funny parts and makes it, again a low-budget, comedy. It's like the "Naked Gun" or "Airplane" of the Turkish cinema. Totally make fun of every little detail in earlier movies.
