Just a Trailer to Ramu's Genius
rhsfilmclub4 March 2021
The film is awesome in almost every aspect and you can see shades of his future films Satya and Sarkar in this one.

Amazing screenplay by RGV, great acting by everyone EXCEPT Jagapathi Babu.

The 2 points deducted are solely because of the lead actor, he has 1 expression throughout the whole movie and while that is sometimes the demand of the character, here it was plain annoying. Chakravarthy did a much better job of the stoic lead in Satya.

Music by S. Bhattacharya is also awesome. SB-RGV combo back then never went wrong. Alupannadi and Chelimeeda are standout tracks.

RGV really Rock.....!

Gayam is a great movie about the political and rowdy tactics in andhra pradesh at those times As the director himself said he inspired the Godfather concept of becoming a legend in his own way,but we can see a complete different environment and realistic shots with nice punches in the screenplay,RGV used again his steady cam for more number of shots in the film all so different which is fantastic.the montage song between revathi and jagapathi babu is very cool and natural. Revathi's character and her interaction with sirivennela is inspiring

And what can i say about kota srinivasa rao and ramireddy they are GIFTED. Finally its a must see for RGV and Maniratnam's fans And a good entertainer for normal audience too.

Warning: Spoilers
Ok but not good Story wemt on well till hero got arrested from there on it got dropped Secondly it could be better if director used urmilla in better way ...atleast before pre climax few more scenes could help to develop bond on her Finally the movie flow is broken by siri venella seetharam sastry acted in his worst way dilogues from him is damaging story and decreasing hero image it could be good atleast if this guy is thrown out and replaced it by good actors.
