In a few scenes you see long kisses and in the uncut DVD you will see one of the female villains naked (from hip to chest is shown briefly) then she lights up in fire when the camera zooms out so anything under the waist is covered up by the flames. On the Uncut DVD version, in the deleted scenes, there is a clip where one of the villains' grabbing/squeezing the other female villain's breasts whilst kissing passionately. No nudity seen but a bit of cleavage can be seen when the shirt of the female villain rises up revealing a bit of her chest. In one scene where the villains ambush a place, a young woman get's killed and in the Uncut version, she is shown dead on the floor whilst one of the villains yanks of her clothes, stripping her naked in which her nipples can be seen for a few seconds.
Quite a lot of disturbing scenes involving very strong, graphic violence.Scenes in which the main protagonist changes into his alter ego (The Ghost Rider), his skin melts off and his skull and bones begin to show, his face rots away and he starts to catch on fire.Blood is seen quite frequently in each action scene but since the majority of the action parts take place during the night, it isn't as easy to spot the gore. The main character strangles the villains with his blazing metal-chain which he uses to brutally whip his foes and to also torture quite viciously. There are a few scenes in which a villain forces people to look into his eyes, in which you see hell and several acts of brutality, which later sucks the soul of the victim as his skin goes all pale. It can be quite disturbing.A lot of blood is visible near the end.The Ghost Rider (DVD version) decapitates a head of a creature using the sharp side of his bike. A close-up is shown as the head slices into two quite easily, pausing for a few seconds for some black blood to spray out of where the brain should be.A woman is seen naked in one scene (Uncut DVD version) from waist to head but when the camera zooms out, anything under the waist catches up in flames just in time to cover up the lower sections.Main scenes where nothing is shown but the screams and audio indicates something disturbing is taking place.
2 "damns"2 "sh**s"4 "bit**es"1 "bast**d"1 scenes where an obscene gesture is shown.
Johnny removes his father's packs of cigarettes and throws them away in a couple scenes. This clearly indicates that he is a smoker and Johnny later finds out about his lung cancer, which explains why his father is coughing so much.
The main Ghost Rider looks scary to children. The decapitation (in the uncut DVD edition) is very sickening. The transformation of Johnny Blaze to the Ghost Rider is very disturbing regardless your age. When the Ghost Rider's metal chain's spikes dig into the flesh of his enemies and get yanked out, ripping out chunks of flesh can be quite brutal and leaves a lot of gore around which can frighten children quite easily.
