Like most Lifetime films, it's worth a watch.

I'll give a spoiler in the plot: Basically, Brad Johnson's character gets wounded in a gunfight, resulting in the temporary loss of his vision. He manages to kill one of the goons. Johnson's elderly partner transports him to become a patient of Meghan Gallagher at her place of work. She is a doctor/physical therapist of sorts.

Gallagher's sister is Roxanna Zal, who had been molested by men in her lifetime, and hates men. Zal cannot take care of herself, requiring herself to be bathed, cleaned, fed, and tucked into bed regularly by her sister.

Gallagher takes a liking to him, and engages in inappropriate behaviors. She gets a duplicate copy of his home key. She also shows up to see him many times unannounced. His former girlfriend does not like that, and confronts Gallagher one day in front of her home. They argue, and Gallagher tries to grab her by the arm, and she falls down the stairs, presumably breaking her neck and dying. Gallagher's sister Zal saw the whole thing; Gallagher threatens that if she gets in trouble, Zal would be "all alone with nobody to take care of her." Zal is very scared of this, and keeps silent. Gallagher hides the body and moves on.

Later, one of the previous goons' brothers comes to kill Johnson as revenge. Just as he is about to shoot, Gallagher shows up and stabs him in the chest, from his back, directly into his heart. How as a suburban woman, she manages to kill an armed hardcore killer with a kitchen knife like that is funny.

Zal is very upset at the constant attention that Gallagher is devoting towards a man, and away from her. On one occasion as Gallagher is trying on a dress, Zal says "that makes you look fat." On another occasion, she asks "so have you started screwing him yet?" Both sisters display the ability to manipulate; while the former conceals dead bodies, destroys evidence, and engages in non-professional voyeristic type behavior, the latter uses a passive-aggressive stance. While she hates men to a degree of psychotic abnormalcy, she conceals it as personal helplessness. For example, she becomes upset if her sister does not sleep with her.

While one would kill to love him (Johnson), another would love to kill him.

In the very end...Zal knocks out Gallagher with a blunt object, and ties her up. She then proceeds to make several obscene calls to Johnson. Johnson shows up (without 100% of his eyesight) to help Gallagher. Johnson's elderly partner from early in the film also shows up. Zal manages to injury the latter in his shoulder, and chase Johnson around the house. Gallagher has gotten loose and tries to wrestle the gun from her sister Zal. Zal accidentally shoots Gallagher in the process. Johnson's partner had already recovered from his shoulder injury and manages to shoot Zal, who was about to shoot Johnson; she had blamed him for making her do everything that she did.

As both sisters lay dying...both wish each other a good night, and sing a happy lullaby to each other. Gallagher talks to Johnson, and begs him to say to her that he loves her. Johnson, who had just regained 90% of his eyesight says that he does, and that she is beautiful. They kiss. The movie ends.
