Bourne and Marie kiss passionately and he removes his shirt before the camera backs out of their hotel room, leaving the audience to assume a night of passion. One guy takes a bullet in the head. Another is shot several times at close range.

There are approximately 30 profanities or crude expressions, including 30 uses of the word "shit", 2 uses of the word "fuck" (one is not noticeable as it is said under the characters breath, its more noticeable if you have subtitles on), a few uses of "damn", "hell", and 16 exclamatory uses of the Lord's name (seven of them abusing the name of Christ Jesus).

Feeling stressed, Marie buys a flask of whiskey and takes a swig.

Some sequences are suspenseful with a element of sustained peril. The sequences of violence are quite intense.

The killing and shooting scenes could be frightening to young children.

A dead woman has a dart in her head. Marie vomits after seeing the dead woman.

An assassin stakes out a house, and the entire scene is pretty intense. The dog goes missing, and is implied that it was killed by the assassin, may upset young viewers.
