Good plot but too melodramatic, 2 April 2009

Dharmesh Darshan has the habit of making emotional scenes too much too clichéd, melodramatic

Raja Hindustani was similar and so is Dhadkan

RH had a cried look mistaken for acting from Karisma and her crying

act Here we have Shilpa who gets aan important role but she hams and has been shown too melodramatic

The start is good though clichéd and then the twist is well handled luckily the film goes fast but certain drama scenes are hammy

The evil mother track is straight out of Cinderella and the scenes are too clichéd

The last scene barring the fake tears is well handled but the film ends too abruptly

Dharmesh Darshan does a good job but at times does too much Music is good

Akshay Kumar tries too much and it shows but he is okay Shilpa hams Suneil hams in some scenes too but is good otherwise the rest are okay barring Kiran Kumar who excels
