Storyline

When Alice Hayashi, the youngest person ever to go into space crashes her shuttle at the North Pole, she is thrown thirty years into the future. But her trip through time is far from accidental. The world is now ruled with an iron fist by Nero and his supercomputer, the SS10X. And because of a common link between her, Nero and the SS10X, Alice may be the future's only chance for freedom.... Looks great

Quite impressive, although not brilliant in every department. It was grat to finally watch a Japanese manga which properly uses the best in computer graphics. Although the plot seems to race along at a fast pace, it has a curious feeling of slow movement, and I can't quite put my finger on why this is so.

The characters are reasonably well developed, and the plot consists of a pretty good mixture of interesting ideas and old standards.

Recommended, though it could be improved upon. Now, if only the makers of the towering classic GHOST IN THE SHELL would get their hands on these computer graphics tools and make a sequel......
