A fun game based off X-Men
13 August 2010 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Not many video games based off comic books have been hits however there have been a few that stood above the rest.

X-Men: Mutant Academy is one of the few games to do so.

The game is a fighting game where you can take your favorite members of the X-Men or their Enemy The Botherhood and have a good fight.

However some of the game is not so perfect but they are forgivable.

The graphics for the game are good. The Characters look like they do in the comic books and the level design go from good to fair but still enjoyable.

The Sound is a mix there is no fighting music in the game play and it does have a few voice acting but not so much.

The Controls take awhile to get a hold of but if you have what it takes then it should be fine.

The video is very good CGI work.

The game play allows you to perform mutant powers from your fighter and have some wild finishers.

Overall the game is a mix feeling but it should be a good game for fans of X-men.

I give X-Men: Mutant Academy a 7 out of 10

Good game over all just needed to be finish
