Quotes

Dr. Dylan West: Mr. Lawson, don't give up hope.
Mr. Lawson: Try looking from the world from where I'm sitting before you lecture me on hope.
Dr. Dylan West: I've been there.
Mr. Lawson: You've killed someone?
Dr. Dylan West: Yeah. I killed my fiancée. I was a fourth-year surgical resident when I met her. She was amazing. Three months after our first date, I asked her to marry me. We were heading up to the Poconos for a ski weekend. I just got off of 36 hours on call. I had no business being behind the wheel. But she wanted to wake up in the mountains. And there was...

Very Good Show!
27 February 2004 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I would recommend anyone to watch this show. Lifetime has an eye for brilliant ideas when it comes to their shows. The storylines are real and open up the viewer's mind to the frailty of life and how other people are coping with things you can't imagine. I lost touch with it a little after Dana left because I didn't think I'd be accustomed to the mom from Home Improvement as her replacement. I don't quite remember why Dana left. I think she wanted to have kids? Anywho, Dr. Delgado is awesome and puts her opinions out there for the world to know. Even in medicine, there are systems of inequality and I like that they let you know that. I love Lana's character and how she fits into the equation. Their lives are pretty interesting too, but the show focuses on the neglected needs of women which is what is really interesting. What's good for the goose isn't necessarily good for the gander.
