Storyline

Two unemployed college graduates from Madras, Rao and Mary act as if they are a married couple to get a job as school teachers in a small village called Appapuram. The story unfolds into an extremely hilarious comedy as they try to cover up that Mary is a christian. They are assisted in their drama by Devaiah-a friend and ex-beggar in fooling the family they work for. Written by Chandu Parimi <cparimi@hotmail.com>

Clean, full-length comedy with all the great actors and actresses in full flow
3 December 2003 | by (India) – See all my reviews

We rarely get to see such clean comedy. The Actors bahave like characters and not like the actors themselves, which is widespread in Telugu cinema today.

It is a benchmark for comedy.
