OK first off. It's a series not a movie.. And it's my absolute favorite anime so I really recommend it. If your into sorcery, cool characters, jerkish guys, slight plot twists then this is the series for you.

OK here's the plot.. Possible Spoilers (Actually I narrowed down the spoilers by a lot, therefore making a very short summary. But whatever).

A powerful sorcerer named Orphen,(accompanied by his apprentice, Magic and a tag along, Cleao) is on a mission to turn the dragon, Bloody August, back to her original state. But the Tower of Fang, the sorcery school Orphen attended, does not want their reputation sullied. So they want Bloody August destroyed at all costs.
