Revealing mistakes: Near the end, when they go into the nest-cave to fill it with Head and Shoulders, Ira tells Wayne to go out and wait for his signal. Ira and the rest then go into the cave, dragging the fire hose, but as Wayne gets out the fire hose remains still.
