An introspect of student filmmaking at its finest!
30 June 2000 | by (Houston, TX) – See all my reviews

This film represents months of hard work and determination on many parts, and the end product is amazing. It's keen and witty, featuring fantastic writing combined with "Spinal Tap"-esque directing and some great ad-lib performances. "Lights, Camera, War!" has a very laid-back, non-rehearsed feel -- just as it should. I expect to see big things out of directors Ziemba and Vennema in the future. And not to go unnoticed, Scott Rocher's genius cinematography work shines in many scenes. Bravo! A masterpiece!
