No. 19 of the "Bill" Series. Ethel buys a stolen dog; Bill is employed by its owner to trace it. Another dog comes into the story and there are amusing plot complications. This scores another success for this comedy series. - The Moving Picture World, April 3, 1915

This "Ethel" comedy is one of the best made during this time! It follows the adventures of poor Ethel! She always seems to get into crazy situations! The name Ethel is one of the nicest names for a woman and Fay Tincher carries it well!
