Michael Mann, infamous for his perfectionism, created a Director's Cut for Ali as well. Mann made changes throughout the whole movie, sometimes only a couple of frames were added or deleted or they were reassembled. Mostly new story footage can be found but some boxing scenes were extended, too. In order to make a well-arranged comparison it was sperated in two parts. First of all, all new scenes in the Director's Cut can be seen here.

But as mentioned above Mann deleted many scenes as well and here one can see which scenes were left out and can only be found in the Theatrical Version.
