The epic story of the Braves continues...with ties to Betterman
11 August 2007 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

After the destruction of the Z-Master and all Zondar in the universe, a new threat in space is already in progress. The series opens with Kaido (living machine destroyer from the Red Planet in the Tri-Solar System) and Mamoru (last survivor of the Green planet in the Tri-Solar System) returning to Earth, at Hana's backyard no less, and start fighting each other until a space/energy warp is created and both are gone.

The story takes us on a mission to not only save Earth for the one hundredth time, but space itself which is shrinking into a new space pocket created by beings known only as The 11 Planet Master, (Sol 11 Yuseishu." It turns out that Mamoru was cloned and still missing after a deadly fight with GaoFaiGar destroying GaoGaiGar. While the UN takes over GGG our heroes, joined by Guy's cousin Renes, are banished from Earth to fight this new threat, they travel threw the Galiori Comet (an ES window into the Tri-Solar System's Universe) and find a cloned Earth, as well that Papillon Noir is alive and well (after being killed by clone Mamoru).

Things become grim after our heroes are subject to traps and even the King of Braves is defeated not only by the lead warrior Palapalapa, but a Loud G-Stone (reversed) and the aid of Kain, Mamoru's dead father. It also turns out that the leader of the 11 Planet Masters is the leader of the Red Planet, Kaido's creator, Abel.

The entire last half of this series is one of the most epic anime battles. Also, while the Braves are in the Tri-Solar System the events of the series Betterman are happening on Earth with the populous dying from Algernon and the destruction caused by Kankel. (This ties in with the ending so don't miss out!) The rest is up to you viewers!! "Final Fusion, Approved!"
