Hard to find, but worth it if you can.

I actually have a copy of this that I videotaped in '79. My folks had just bought one of those old RCA VCR's. Back then you needed two people to carry them. The quality holds up OK considering it is one of the few tapes from back then that I still possses. This was a doc that Jeff Bridges narrated which covered the History of Rock n Roll from it's inception up until about early 1979. Starting with Little Richard and Chuck Berry, it works up to The Eagles and Fleetwood Mac. A fun film to watch and remember fond times with. It also has some nice rare footage of the Rolling Stones. Originally an ABC FRIDAY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES production. Rare, but good if you can find it
