2/10

Some mild flirting.

A few female characters wear midriff baring outfits.

A couple instances of male characters not wearing shirts (in a non-sexual manner).

Rogue kisses Gambit once.

4/10

Characters get punched, thrown across rooms, scratched and bruised, almost caught in explosions, objects thrown at them, and knocked out. No blood or gore is shown and the violence is not graphic.

The mansion that the X-Men live in explodes, reducing it to rubble and nearly killing a group of teenagers.

Mystique is turned into a statue, and Rogue pushes her off of a cliff, presumably to her death.

In Season 4, Apocalypse plans to turn everyone into mutants; it's mentioned that most of them won't survive it.

Characters have near death experiences throughout the series, though they are non-graphic.

1/10

Some mild insults.

"What the devil" is used twice.

5/10

Plenty of suspense, especially in later episodes. Some of the fights can get intense.

Blob kidnaps Jean in one episode; though nothing happens, it can be somewhat unsettling.

In a dream/memory, Mystique accidentally drops Kurt as a baby into a river while being chased. Everything turns out alright, but it can be somewhat frightening.

Hank McCoy's transformation into his blue, hairy form might scare some younger children.

In one episode, Rogue loses control of herself and loses her sanity (for this episode only). The entire episode is very intense.

Two potentially frightening characters are Legion and Apocalypse.

Magneto, Professor Xavier, Storm, and Mystique are turned into Apocalypse's Horsemen. They are likely to be somewhat scary, especially Xavier.
