Officers Mac, Ramathorn, Foster, Rabbit and Farva are Vermont State Troopers for whom pranks and tricks keep them entertained while administering traffic violations. When they learn the governor is going to shut down their precinct due to lack of funds, they realize in order to keep their jobs they are going to have to find a group of drug dealers whom are working right under their noses. With help from one of the local police officers, the State Troopers realize the drug dealers may be closer than they think.
