Trivia

Sonic X-Treme, an unfinished Sonic game in 3D, was originally to be released for the Sega Saturn in 1996. However, with so many delays, and without the help of Yuji Naka (was working on NiGHTS into Dreams at the time) the game got canned. Sonic X-Treme was originally going to be the first Sonic 3D game to come out. Instead, Sonic Adventure took the lead of that for the Dreamcast. See more »

The best Sonic game ever!
13 March 2001 | by (Ardmore, PA) – See all my reviews

This was the first game of the new Dream cast system and it stars none other than the best known Sega character, Sonic the Hedgehog. The plot is rather complex because there are six playable characters with different stories. Each character has it's good points and bad points. It's a very fun and challenging game with secrets and bad guys lurking all over. The graphics are amazing and there is good voice work. This game rocks!
