Just wasn't there
23 September 2003 | by (America) – See all my reviews

I admit I thought the show had some potential, but it was too much of a demographic show, and like all of the other demographic shows it was almost completely devoid of anything funny. In the show Geena was raising two children, she was married and her husband was a little on the wild side, so was her sister. The shows humor supposedly came from the fact that the parents were just as wild as the children, but the show was just too predictable. The Network this show was on, ABC had high hopes for the show. She received a good salary for the show and was given a good time slot, the show just sucked and it went nowhere.

Like every other show out there it was predictable and just not funny. Geena Davis really has gone downhill recently. At one point she was one of America's top stars, but recently she has really lost her star status. I still think she is cute, I even think she is a good actress, she just can't find any good work. I hope she can recover from this bomb, I still don't think she really recovered from Cutthroat Island either.
