I have to say that the acting in this TV series was very good and that I am still waiting to see number 2 because the series can't end that it is her birthday. I thought she wanted to go back with her kids and was losing the house in Ireland! Where is series 2? I have been waiting for seven years. But yes the acting was very good and the script very dramatic and I liked it, also because the whole thing was in German! Bettina Kupfer also did a very splendid job in it just like she did in Schindlers list and many more. The directing was also very good, and as fans know than in the second episode, or the first the director himself pops into the frame as a eating worker. Now I know you are all wondering why I know so many things about this old TV series that was in German but shot in Ireland....I have a surprise: My name is Dora C. and as you can than see that I played one role in there! And I just wanted to tell the world what I think.
