Storyline

The Brotherhood of Steel is a faction of technologically advanced pro-human soldiers who survived the nuclear holocaust. During an exodus to the west, a section of the Brotherhood is cut off from the main group in a thunderstorm. The separated group, never to see the main group again, establishes itself in Chicago and proceeds to carry out its original mission: to tame and assimilate the confused and wandering inhabitants into their ranks. Strongly biased against the non-human beings of the wasteland, the Brotherhood realizes it has to work hand in hand with them in order to combat a new, deadly opponent. Trivia

Riddick's first appearance outside Pitch Black (2000) was a guest appearance and potential recruit in Fallout Tactics. He appears in the game during a random special encounter, aptly titled Pitch Black. Like his movie origin, Riddick is a stealth focused melee fighter with advanced hand-to-hand fighting skills and the ability to see in the dark. See more »

if you have played fallout 1 or 2 before and think that this is a sequel, you're very mistaken. it's a entirely different type of game. instead of a TBC (turn based combat) RPG, it is a team based strategy. it does have the Fallout theme, but has little to do with the story other than the brotherhood of steal. if you played fallout 1 or 2 and really liked the combat more than the story and quests, than this is for you. make sure you get the updates after getting this, for it has bugs and faults out of the box, but overall i was satisfied.
