Sex & Nudity

A giant baby's butt is seen.

Part of a woman's back is briefly shown.

Violence & Gore

Haku (dragon form) is chased by paper birds who cut him. His mouth is seen bleeding as blood splatters on the room's walls.

No-Face goes on a rampage and eats people, (but they are later spat out and revealed to be unharmed) vomiting severely at different points.

A monster is made of many dirty substances. When someone rips a fishing rod's lure & hook out of the monster, a mixture of blood, grime, and mucus pours out of the hole.

Profanity

An antagonist threatens to rip another's mouth off.

One character smokes a cigarette.

Kamiji has an ash tray with cigarettes in it.

Yubaba smokes a cigarette, smoke goes everywhere.

One character tells a customer that he can buy sake.

Many may find Haku in dragon form being attacked intense, as it's the only scene of bloody violence in the film.

Two characters are turned into pigs and then whipped a couple times.

Another intense sequence in which No-Face goes berserk . His voice changes drastically as he chases the girl. He also eats people, although they are later spat up and revealed to be unharmed. and vomits a disgusting-looking goo everywhere.

Some may find No-Face to be an eerie character, and the scenes involving him/it suspenseful.
