"Galaxy Beat" did this much better several years before and "Quark" long before that. This was another offbeat pilot attempt by the Fox network and the thing crashed and burned the moment it was screened. What's truly sad is that Charlie Rocket was a truly talented and very nice person, opting to end his life prematurely for whatever reason. Hollywood is a very rough place, but I don't think anyone has ever truly enlightened us as to why this good person made an early exit. It's pretty amazing how you can locate any production here on the IMDb, even unsold pilots like this one. A lot of them can also be viewed on You Tube too.
