If last year’s The Thing remake taught us anything, it’s that CGI just can’t beat good old-fashioned practical FX, especially when dealing with a creature feature. And for those who thought the Sasquatch’s day in the horror-movie sun was over, here’s Night Claws to say not Yeti. Directed by David A. Prior (Sledgehammer, Deadly Prey, Killer Workout), and starring a cool retro cast headed by Reb Brown (Yor, Hunter From The Future, infamous MST3K fave Space Mutiny) and Frank Stallone, Night Claws harks back to the days of bloodletting Bigfoot flicks such as 1982’s Night Of The Demon.
