Good Synopsis
11 March 2004 | by (Valencia, Spain) – See all my reviews

Interesting documentary about a wonderful series. Unfortunately, many of the actors that have appeared in this show were not in the documentary.

CHARMED often has many sub-plots going on for a few months or longer, and then the interesting characters die, or move on forever. That is one of the weaknesses of the CHARMED. It would be nice if some of the strong characters, came back more often.

Another negative is that originally the series was about three young witches learning to fight evil. During the first three years, when Prue was in the series, it had more emphasis on the stories, and the outcomes.

However in the later years it has become about three sluts constantly participating in irresponsible sexual escapades while barely avoiding losing their powers or getting killed.

I feel sorry for the character who plays Baby Wyatt. His Mom spends more time sniffing under the sheets with her boyfriends than she does nurturing her son.

Amazingly, Piper cannot imagine why her son may turn evil in the future. Even when she is at home, she keeps the kid in the living room by himself so that she can talk about men with her sisters. I would have thought that after the kid had gotten kidnapped by demons a couple of times, that Piper might want to keep a closer eye on him, but then I guess she has her priorities.

It seems like this show originally started as a "Girl Power" statement and it has become a reality show about trashy families. At first, it looked like Phoebe was the top tramp sister, but now Piper is moving up in the rankings.
