A younger brother is smitten with the new girl next door but she is closer in age to his older brother and she doesn't take his interest seriously.
This movie was billed as a family movie but unfortunately instead of being `for 11 years olds' it seems to have been written by 11 year olds.
The dialogue is totally unrealistic and the situations are laughable. For example, when the neighborhood bookie wants to collect from one of his customer that owes him money he has to get tough with him. He does that by pouring raw dough on the guy. Of course the guy caves and admits that he has the money in his shoe.
