Trivia

Aaron Spelling courted two big name actresses to join the show in hope to spike ratings: Joan Collins was intended to bring her Dynasty (1981) character of Alexis Carrington Colby to L.A. and Donna Mills was supposed to play the sister of Perry King. Due to the show's early cancellation these plans never materialized. See more »

Loads of trashy fun!
5 December 2000 | by (San Diego, CA) – See all my reviews

After seeing previews which boasted the nighttime soap as this year's "guilty pleasure" I decided I needed a show where I could turn off my brain for an hour.

And this show is it! Forget realism when watching this show, you're not gonna get any here. It's campy and all the characters have their own personal agenda, who they step on to get it -- doesn't matter.

The real star of the show, in my mind, is John Barrowman as the deliciously conniving Peter Williams. Forget Van Dein's Chandler *snoresville* Heather has someone to face off with in Peter and who doesn't fall for her games.

Guilty pleasure, indeed.
