Pilot for a series that never developed. Scott Hylands played Andrew Icarus and Soon-Tek Oh played his partner from the People's Republic of China. They were operatives of a secret crime-fighting agency that used an international hotel chain as cover. I'm not sure if Enigma was the name of the agency, the hotel chain, or just the title of the show. Jim Davis played the megalomaniacal leader of an criminal organization called The Dragon's Teeth. It's been 25 years since I saw this movie. I think I liked it at the time. I'm not positive, but it seems to me that Sam Rolfe, who had a lot to do with the success of The Man from U.N.C.L.E., was producer and/or writer.
