Sexual references and situations. One brief (literally two-second) moment of nudity, although not much is actually seen (no genitals, but a man's bare butt), just two people lying on the floor in a very brief flashback, it is implied that they are having sexual intercourse, though it is a very quick an edit, so there's no real "movement" or anything - it's possible that they're just cuddling, if you wanted to spin it that way.
One fistfight, containing maybe 6 punches, a broken window, and a slight amount of blood. It's portrayed as a sincere fight (between romantic rivals) and, while adding to the weight of the story, might be too violent for parents of younger (under 10) children.
Some strong language, a fair number of uses of the F-Word (as is appropriate for the social setting of the film) and several other mild obscenities. If you do not want to expose your child to the F-Word at this stage, wait for it to appear on network tv. However, if you are ok with your child experiencing a film that depicts people of a British social subset who are comfortable with the F-Word, this film is appropriate, as the use of this word is not sensationalized or a focus of the dialog - it's just part of the natural patois of the characters.
Characters drink and smoke a lot. There are several scenes in which the main characters get very drunk.
