Another Good Sequel For The Series....
16 September 2001 | by (Philadelphia,PA) – See all my reviews

I rented this to see one of my favorite actors, patrick kilpatrick who plays badass brack, and let me tell you he is the best psycho/bad guy...nobody could have done the role better...and as far as treat williams..damn hes good, hes such a good actor and fits the role perfectly as well, this movie looked kinda bad,but when it was done i felt dumb,i was speechless at how good this film was,and had a great plot as well...and i was happy at seeing angie everhearts T+A...but that doesnt make the whole movie-awesome action scenes, thrilling sequences great A+ acting and good plot make the substitute 4 a great film, another winner in my book.
