I've been doing this workout for over 20 years, and I love it. It's the only workout video I've found that works ALL your muscles, gets your heart rate up, and doesn't just focus on the star. I wish they'd re-release it. I primarily do the second, advanced workout. It begins with some warm-up stretches, waist, and arm workout. Then it moves to a 20 minute aerobic workout that really gets your hear rate up. Following a brief cool down and stretches they do a killer abdominal workout. Next are some difficult leg exercises on the floor. Then it wraps up with butt exercises. The moves are not too complicated and many stretches are like yoga. Very thorough workout without the fluff.
