Good title, lame film

Jeff Cioletti's MILLENNIUM'S END: THE FANDOM MENACE focuses on the "mid-level managers" of the STAR WARS world--the fans who have put themselves into a different echelon as print and web-based journalists who attempt to collect and lord information over their fellow fans. Not only is the film's chronology all over the map but it's an awkwardly amateurish affair. Apart from a good editing system (which wasn't used enough) and explanative on-screen titles (which were used too much), Cioletti's documentary is a purely cam-corder driven spectacle with abhorrent audio and flat lighting. The majority of MILLENNIUM'S END consists of a dozen talking head interviews cut together wherein web and print journalists discuss rumors about THE PHANTOM MENACE. What would be far more interesting would be a documentary about the anticipation (or lack thereof) surrounding ATTACK OF THE CLONES. The irony of knowing that everyone involved in this flick are destined to disappointment wears thin rather quickly.

Great Documentary.

I was very proud to be a part of this film. Being a documentary fan myself, it was hardly any work at all. Jeff stays true to his vision and I hope to help him on any upcoming projects he works on. I recommend it to all true Star Wars fans and I thank Jeff for involving me in the project both as Production Consultant and as member of the cast/crew. Great job, Jeff. Congrats.
