Out of all the anime series I've seen, this is one of the best out there. It consists of twelve episodes and it's centered around perhaps one of the best mercenary characters in any anime series. Bolt Crank (Okay, its a goofy name!) can eat metal objects and later produce them in his right hand, hence the name of the series Eat-Man. He also seems to show little emotion, though he sticks up for the underdogs.
Although its a bit confusing at first, the series as a whole is full of action, suspense, and surprise as Bolt's relationships with others take strange twists...
If you like this series, I'd seriously suggest another one called Cowboy Bebop. Many similarities between the two.
