I had seen the ads for this movie and was sitting on the fence until I saw it. This film is really surprising. It tells the story of Richard Breggs, the nice guy. He has gone his entire life being the nice guy, and what has it gotten him, nothing he thinks. He lunches with his friend Bob Saget to discuss their personal failures. They agree that it is the a**hole who gets the job, it is the jerk who gets ahead in this world. So Richard becomes Dick that same day. Conning his way into a part in a play, he quits his job and tells his girlfriend of his plans. He awakes after a fight with his live in girlfriend ( a very cute Elizabeth Berkley from Saved By the Bell and Showgirls)to find he has forgotten the last 5 years and is now the biggest star on TV, he has also become the biggest Dick in the world. Watch as Richard tries to reclaim his life or at least become the guy he used to be. 3 thumbs up!!
