Oddball but so boring.
22 December 2001 | by (Paris, France) – See all my reviews

It really seems to be a good movie. Great actors (Jackie Berroyer as the King !), new access of the past, strange decors, eroticism. The vision of the Moyen-Age is very original and interesting : it's not a clean world like in the 50's but it's also not a dirty and violent world with ugly faced people and inquisitors everywhere. But you take a look at your watch every minutes. And the beautiful Caroline Ducey don't make up this soporific movie even if she acts marvelously.
