Character error

Savile Row, a street famous for its tailoring establishments in central London and mentioned many times in the film, is misspelled "Saville" on the computer screen that Osnard scans on the flight.
Harry the tailor mispronounces a common term of his trade, "worsted". He pronounces it phonetically, but at least in British English it is correctly pronounced "woosted" with the "oo" as in "good".

Continuity

When Andy is dancing with Francesca for the first time at the outdoor bar/restaurant, her sunglasses at one point are almost completely falling off the back of her head; when the shot moves to close up, they are back on the top of her head.
When Andy's car gets stuck in thick black mud, he knocks Harry down. But when Harry arrives home, he has only a minor orange stain on one knee.

Factual errors

In the high level intelligence briefing scene, the ribbons on General Dusenbaker's (Dylan Baker) uniform are displayed incorrectly.

Revealing mistakes

When Harry chases Andy, he distinctly presses the center of the steering wheel to honk his horn. But he's driving a Land Rover Discovery Series II, which uses 2 horn buttons on the spokes of the wheel; the center is the airbag, and pressing it has no effect.

Spoilers

The goof items below may give away important plot points.

Factual errors

Abraxas presumably committed suicide by shooting himself on his right temple since the gun is in his right hand and we only see blood on right side of his head. The bullet hole on the wooden chair should therefore be on the other side of his head.

Revealing mistakes

Mickie Abraxas can be seen breathing, blinking and opening his hands after he has died.
