This movie is about a guy with serious mental issues. He is particuarly concerned that his backside region does not receive the respect that it deserves. In response to this, he takes on a life of crime, flashing his butt at every safe opportunity and screaming "TELL ME THAT YOU RESPECT MY ASS!!" If they do not comply with hi wishes, and you can imagine most don't, he proceeds to unload a full clip from his Tommy Gun into their faces.
**SPOILERS**
God knows how anyone came up with this storyline and the film is repetitive as it is just simply the same routine until he finall finds someone who is so beautiful that he just can't kill her and gives up his murderous ways. Terrible acting, poorly edited, mildly funny.
