When Quigley and Damitry are discussing Murphy's file, Quigley says Murphy along with 75 others were denounced in their case of being Elvis Presley's biological children. In his very next line Quigley says DNA testing eliminated 73 of the 75 outright. Damitry then asks him if Murphy was one of the inconclusive 2 remaining defendants, to which Quigley responds by showing a picture of Murphy's sideburns. This exchange implies that there were only 75 defendants total when the earlier statement points to 76.
During the casino robbery, the off-duty police officer who gets his hand caught in the elevator identifies himself as "Vegas PD." The law enforcement in Las Vegas has been called the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department since the 70s, and a real officer would have identified himself as "Metro Police."
As the robbers are escaping from the casino floor in the elevator, a plain clothes cop sticks his gun and forearm through the closing elevator doors and the doors stay closed against his arm. When closing elevator doors meet an obstruction, they open back up.
The goof item below may give away important plot points.
When Murphy reaches into the bag right before the final shootout, a scorpion stings him. However, the scorpion exhibits some impossible behavior. First, the scorpion jumps on his hand, but scorpions can't jump. A scorpion probably wouldn't attack a moving object like that, anyway. Second, the scorpion stings the hand. However, it stings it by bending the tail under its body. This is impossible since scorpions don't sting like this. They sting up and over their body. They also sting what they have in their claws. They are designed to capture prey in their claws and then feel around it with the tail and steadily deliver the sting.
