*Updated with full list of bonus features and new photos.* Just in time for Halloween, Arrow Video will release fresh 2k restorations of Hellraiser, Hellbound: Hellraiser II, and Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth, complete with plenty of bonus feature goodies in the Hellraiser: The Scarlet Box UK Blu-ray set.

Slated for an October 26th release in the UK, Hellraiser: The Scarlet Box includes the Hellraiser: Evolutions documentary, a 200-page hardcover book examining Clive Barker's Hellraiser universe, and much more.

For every horror film there seems to be an insurmountable pile of lesser sequels trailing behind it. Every A Nightmare on Elm Street yields an A Nightmare on Elm Street: Part 2… or Freddy’s Dead. Classics like Hellraiser eventually get dragged down into a quagmire of dirge, and not even Clive Barker’s promise to produce a reboot can make alleviate the suffering you’ve already gone through having watched Hellraiser: Inferno.

Arrow Films & Video have announced its line-up of new Blu-ray releases for October 2015, and once again there are some gems in the list. Chief amongst them are Clive Barker’s first three Hellraiser films in a limited-edition “Scarlet Box”, and a remastered box-set of films directed by acclaimed Japanese filmmaker Kiju Yoshida.
