Storyline

Lou and her boyfriend Matt lodge with her friend Terri. One day a personable young man arrives at the house and says he is Richard,barrister cousin of the other house-mate Tom. He charms both women and has sex with Lou,who is going through a bad patch with Matt. But he also subtly tries to turn them all against each other to secure his place in the house and,when the real Richard turns up,he kills him. Very good short film

This was shown as a series of one off one hour TV plays for C4. I thought this was the cream of the crop. Guy Burt (a very young, very talented author) managed in one hour to:

1) Develop four characters whom you care about 2) Lay down an interesting and compelling plot with a great central performance from Daniel Craig 3) Put an interesting ending on the piece

Not bad when most films cannot do this in an hour and a half. Try and catch this on a repeat OR read some of Guy Burt's books.
